TERMS & CONDITIONS, DEPOSIT POLICIES:

• Deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking. NON REFUNDABLE
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. NON REFUNDABLE
• Your credit card will be processed unless other arrangements have been made.
• Changes to your reservation may be made prior to arrival. (subject to availability)
• No refunds are given should you wish to change your reservation after 30 days.
• A damage deposit and/or a valid credit card will be required at check-in.
• No smoking or pets allowed in any of our properties.
• We cannot guarantee a specific room.
• Check-in 4:00 pm - Check-out 10:00 am

RATES POLICIES:

• Rates are subject to all applicable tax.(5% GST,8% PST, 3% MRDT)
• Red Mountain Village is 100% non-smoking. Pets & BBQ’s are not permitted.
