All units are non-smoking and pet free. Red Village Lodging is open year-round.
All Hot tubs are operated during winter season only (December until April).
If you would like to book a condo with hot tub in the off season, we will require an extra charge to your room bill. To get info on pricing, please send us your preferred accommodation types.

Our Policies:
Please take the time to read the following policies and procedures thoroughly so as to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.
All rates are per night, based on maximum occupancy indicated, and in Canadian Dollars (unless otherwise stated). Rates are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (HST 12%) and an Additional Hotel Room Tax (2%). Taxes are subject to change. We accept Visa, Mastercard, certified cheques and travelers cheques, cash.

For Reservations, Cancelations and Revisions where the arrival date falls between December until April
Deposit of the first night's accommodation, including taxes, is due at the time of booking. Written confirmation, in the form of an e-mail, is issued upon receipt of deposit. The deposit for the first night's accommodation and the final payment are both non-refundable. Changes to your reservation can be made up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival. For all bookings, final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be processed at this time unless prior arrangements have been made. You will receive written confirmation, in the form of an e-mail, when your final payment has been debited. This deposit is non refundable. Should you wish to make changes to your reservations during your stay (i.e. shorten stay), we cannot refund any portion of your payment.


For Cancellations and Revisions where the arrival date falls between May until November
Deposit of the first night's accommodation, including taxes, is due at the time of booking. Written confirmation, in the form of an e-mail, is issued upon receipt of deposit. The deposit for the first night's accommodation and the final payment are both non-refundable. Changes to your reservation can be made up to ten (10) days prior to arrival. For all bookings, final payment is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be processed at this time unless prior arrangements have been made. You will receive written confirmation, in the form of an e-mail, when your final payment has been debited. This deposit is non refundable. Should you wish to make changes to your reservations during your stay (i.e. shorten stay), we cannot refund any portion of your payment.

Check-in & Check-out-
Check-in is from 4:00pm. If you will be arriving later than 6:00pm please contact us and we will arrange your check-in. Check-out is 11:00am. Arrangements for a later check-out may be made if possible.
One individual per unit must sign a Check-In form, complete with their credit card number. By signing this waiver, this person is taking ultimate responsibility for any damages, lost keys, broken or missing contents, or extra charges to their accommodation during their stay.
Occupancy of the unit is restricted to those authorized by this confirmation. Red Village Lodging reserves the right to transfer your booking to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion, because the reserved property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control. Therefor, we cannot absolutely guarantee a specific unit at all times.
Where possible you will be given prior notifications, however in some instances, this may not be possible.


Pets and Smoking-
No pets are allowed in any of our accommodations or on the property. If evidence of a pet is found inside any unit, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your account. All of our accommodations are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in a unit, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
